Transparency is at the core of our operations at RESQRS. As an emergency medical services agency and ground medical transportation service, we are dedicated to serving our patients, customers, and clients with the utmost integrity and openness.

We are proud to have Dr. Sanford Littwin as our Medical Director whose goal is to strengthen our clinical oversight and continuing education programs. As a board-certified anesthesiologist with over 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Littwin has been part of our team since early 2022. His expertise in airway management, resuscitation, and critical care decision-making, combined with strong administrative leadership and relationship-building skills drives our focus on education, advocacy, and quality improvement across the region.

We believe open and honest communication builds trust, ensures accountability, and allows us to deliver the highest standard of prehospital care.
